Beach holidays, swimming in open reservoirs and tanning on soft sand is a wonderful pastime. However, it does not do all that without a swimsuit. Unfortunately, this is quite a capricious wardrobe item, which is important to properly care for. In this case, the swimsuit does not have to change every season.

Here are six simple tips, following which you save a decent look of a swimsuit for a long time.

Buy two sets

Using one swimsuit in a chlorinated pool water or in a salty sea will lead to thinning of the fabric and loss of appearance much faster. If you have at least two options in your supply, you can count on a longer service life.

Rinse before swimming.

Before jumping into the pool or into the sea, wet the swimsuit with clean water. So it absorbs bleach or salts much less.

Rinse the swimsuit after each use.

After leaving the pool or the sea, be sure to rinse under the shower. You not only wash salt and chlorine from the skin, but also from the fabric of the swimsuit. After that, be sure to wash it and let it dry outside the sun.

Use hand wash

If you want to throw a swimsuit in a washing machine, choose a delicate mode, in which you wash your underwear. It is better to perform washing by hand.

Dry gently

Do not twist the swimsuit strongly when pushing. In a typewriter, it's better to skip this step altogether. It is best to place the swimsuit on a towel in a horizontal position and let it dry naturally. Usually it does not take much time, such fabrics dry quickly. Dry the swimsuit in the shade to prevent the color from fading in the sun.

Be careful with the jacuzzi

High temperatures in combination with bleach are a dangerous combination for swimsuits. To visit the jacuzzi is better to choose your least favorite option.
